She diagnosed my acute appendicitis during the covid pandemic. I could not get an appointment with my regular physician. She was the urgent care MD who went out of her way and listened to me. She was caring, compassionate and did a physical exam when everyone else I had encountered did the tele health visit. Thanks for listening to me and ordering the CT scan that showed I had appendicitis and peritonitis.

Dr. Hsiao is very thorough, very thoughtful and answers as many or more questions than she asks. She reassured me on various issues that were troubling me but not directly relevant to this visit. I so appreciate her gentle, wise and caring manner.

Unlike a lot of dr's she actually seems like she cares. Listens, and doesnt just speed through exams like she's trying to get to next patient. U feel like her first patient of the day.
