Dr Donascimento is a kind and caring, physician. She explains her thought process clearly and thoroughly whether she is making a diagnosis or determining a plan of care. As a patient I’ve always been included in her decision making and have always felt confident in her. She gives adequate time for a complete assessment. She is the best!!!!!

Dr. Donascimento breaks the mold for family practitioners. She spends an hour with me in person or by telehealth. She is nonjudgmental, warm, and truly concerned with her patients’ well being. Dr. Donascimento has a stellar knowledge base for both internal medicine and medical specialties (orthopedic medicine). She is a great listener who works collaboratively with me. After moving to Southern NH, trying to find a new Primary Care doctor was like trying to find a unicorn. By sheer luck and good timing, I called and learned that Dr. Donascimento was now taking on a few new patients, so I booked an appointment with her for my daughter and I. During my first visit, she took her time and truly understood some of my areas of frustration. She ordered every test I requested and agreed that my requests were valid and reasonable, she listened to my concerns, and I felt heard for the first time in a long time. She's very down-to-earth, easy to talk to, and truly advocates for her patients. I feel so lucky and blessed to have found her.

I’m moving out of state and I wish I could bring her with me! At 69 years old, I’ve seen many doctors and I can honestly tell you that she listens, she cares, she never rushes you, and she does everything in her power to help you.
