Dr. Victor Volle, MD

I don’t review people or services often but Dr. Volle is SO nice and made me feel so much better! His bedside manner is a 10/10. Best ER experience ever…. Quick and reassuring!

I wasn't feeling good one day and started having chest pains. So I went to the ER and was taken care of by Dr. Volle. He was wonderful. He quickly determined I was having a heart attack and that he needed to get me to the heart doctor as soon as possible. The heart doctor who told me that I was very lucky to still be alive because I was having a massive heart attack. I am doing better now and owe it to Dr. Volle and his team who acted quickly and probably saved my life.

Dr. Volle was absolutely the best. I've never had an ER Doctor treat me so well. Most physicians in the ER seem rushed, or overworked. The ER was overcrowded when I was there, but Dr. Volle made it seem like I was the only patient. He sat down next to my bed and talked to me. He unfortunately got called out of the room for a patient that was dying. I overheard everything and it sounded like a really tough situation. But when he came back, he made me feel like I was just as important as the person whose life he just saved in the room next to mine. His bedside manner was second to none. I couldn't be more appreciative of the care he provided.

Amazing amazing amazing staff.......from walking thru registration and receiving such amazing cate from Carre ( nurse), Diane ( nurse), Daniel (paramedic), Anita from Ultrasound and CT lady, absolutely darling ( so sorry forgot yr name, morphine was kicking in) ....and of course dr. Volle. You all were amazing......absolutely amazing....Profesional, caring, easy to talk to. THANK YOU

Made an ER visit about as smooth as it can be: very straightforward, spent plenty of time listening, and took care of us.

Not sure how anyone could ever complain about the care from Dr. Volle unless they weren't a normal person. He provided exceptional care for me during the visit when I was suffering from intense abdominal pain. He was polite and funny and made sure he took care of my pain. The ER was very busy at the time but he sat down next to my bed and held my hand and this made me feel better. He never seemed rushed or bothered. His bedside manner was great. He quickly diagnosed me and the medications he sent me home with were exactly what I needed. My primary care doctor confirmed he did a great job during my follow up visit. It was a great visit.

He seemed more concerned about getting me out of the emergency room faster than finding out what was wrong with me. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to see him.

Dr. Volle was fantastic. I have been to the ER many times for various issues, but I have never had a better experience than with Dr. Volle. He was confident, caring, and even made me and my family laugh while he quickly diagnosed what was happening to me. I would gladly recommend him to anyone in need of emergency care.
