I've always had an excellent experience with Dr. Rivera. It's sad to see that a doctor gets judged by the front desk. It doesn't seem like they even asked the doctor if he would see the patient, by what I'm reading. However, I being a retired allied health worker, know how busy doctors are. Needless to say this grading system seems to grade generally, and not just the care by the physician.

I made an appointment to see Dr Rivera. I have never been to this office nor did I know where it’s at. Needless to say with the exits so messed up with the road construction I was 3 whole min late. You would think that they know people will be late with the construction having exits closed and other roads block someone may be late. Granted I left early and with all the delays was still only 3 min late. However; the rude clerk at the front desk said it didn’t matter and I would need to reschedule. No need as I will never be back!
