When I consulted with Dr. Horsley, I was very impressed with his knowledge, demeanor and openness. He is very funny, great personality; he doesn't take himself too seriously. He gave me a lot of information and explained the procedure I was contemplating so well. I had lots of questions and he answered them all. I felt better when I left his office.

Wow! VERY impressed with Dr. Horsley. He did an excellent job and has THE BEST bedside manner that I have ever seen. Even gives out personal cell number to check up on his patients. So, so impressed. If you need a podiatrist in the Metro East, to go to anyone else would be a disappointment after being a patient of Dr. Horsley's.
