Dr. Victor Ho, DMD

This is the worst and most horrible oral surgery office that I have ever visited. The office manager Maricela in Rowland Heights is extremely rude, judgmental, and discriminated against people. She yells, screams, argues, and angrily fights with customers all the time. She has terrible service and poor listening skills. She made false accusations and constantly interrupted customer's conversations. She frequently hung up on customer's calls. Dr. Ho doesn't seem to be knowledgable and caring. He made decisions without collecting and understand the facts. I will never recommend this office to anyone. I give the worst zero score to this office. Be alert and stay away from this dental office.
