Dr. Victor Burgos, DO

You will never see Dr. Burgos. As one of his cardiac patient, i was told at by the person at the reception that because of the kind of insurance i have (Molina Healthcare) , i can only be seen by either his nurse practitioner or physician assistant.

Horriable this office doesn't care for there patients. They only care about money. The male theY have working the from desk gave me a problem for a referal and he told my wife. To find another doctor there's plenty of them.

I am delighted with the high level of healthcare that I receive in Dr Burgos office. I have been with them for 3+ years. There is a continuity of my care whether I see the Nurse Practioner or the P.A It’s comforting to me that they know me. I always feel that I am well taken care of. I’ve never actually met Dr Burgos. I think it’s probably good that I never met him. He doesn’t need to be contacted for any reason other than a problem. it is the best healthcare I have ever received. Very happy

I waited 2 weeks for a referral to an orthopedic doctor for my broken hand. That referral never came. I eventually had to change my Primary Care Physician to someone who had time to handle their patients requests.
