How did he get licensed to practice medicine in the US?? A question posted on MedScape showed very poor knowledge of medicine.

I am paralyzed from the chest down with a severed spinal cordin a motor vehicle accident in 2003. However,I injured my head and back after flipping over backwards in my wheelchair resulting in severe back pain. I saw this doctor I had a referral from Carle's ED. Dr Kumar asked me to wiggle my toes after me telling him 3 times I was paralyzed from T5 down and that I had a complete severe of the spinal cord and can't feel anything below that level. The appointment went from bad to worse!
