Dr. Vicky Chen-Yang, MD

She has been my doctor for over 16 years. She stays on top of all my medical issues. She responds quickly to questions regarding my health. Se is extremely knowledgeable.

Chen-Yang has been nothing but a great listener and caring physician to me. Her staff gets referrals over quickly and even call me to let me know it is on it's way when sent. I have been so pleased with both the Dr. and her office staff since I've used her.

Very good experience, they get back very fast, overall very good. Just wished she didnt move to Sun City.

My husband and I have both been to Dr Chen-Yang. First of all, she was an “ok” provider. Where we get mostly frustrated is her not getting back to us with lab and test results. She even told me I didn’t need an appointment to go over my results and to just call the office. They’re really horrible about not getting in touch with you to discuss your results. We looked at my results on the portal, but they never went over the Abnotmal results with any treatment plan. Also, my husband has been waiting for 2 weeks just to get his PSA result. We’re not going back again and are looking for another provider that will care about us. She’s very impersonal.

I love Dr. Chen -yang. SHE IS THE BEST.

Sad, very sad. The office rarely gets back to you if you portal or call, and certainly even more rare for it to be timely. Orders are never received that they state were faxed. She did not do her job as a physician trying to battle insurance over an MRI that I had every year for 10 years with my previous PCP. Finally I did it myself and it got approved. Run, don't walk elsewhere before this office doesn't do what they say they will do.

I have had Dr. Chen Yang as my PCP for over ten years. She is a very caring and professional physician. Through the years I have learned to trust her judgment and have always gotten a quick response to any questions posed through her portal (which I might add is always kept up-to-date). I can find results of any lab work or tests which have been performed as well as prescription renewals. I have recommended her to friends through the years, many of which are now her patients.

I think I would have more faith in the doctor if she would make a better appearance. The last time I saw her her clothes were wrinkled and her shoes were worn and dirty. I like Dr. Cheng Yang but her appearance as a professional bothers me. The nurses and receptionist dress better then her.

I did not care for the fact that Dr. Chen Yang never remembered my name, even with my chart in front of her, but I was always "hon". My husband had just died in my arms, and I was "talking too much" according to the doctor. Too little understanding and empathy after 44 yrs. of marriage and I had to go to another doctor.

My previous primary care provider of 15 years took a leave of absence. I scheduled a consultation with Dr. Chen-Yang based on another physician's recommendation that "her patients love her". She was very thorough with her questions regarding my wellness , embraced the protocols of my previous PCP, made additional recommendations, and noted all the specialists that I see. I was very impressed with her upbeat personality... and she took ALL the time needed to address all of my concerns.

Dr. Chen Yang is by far the BEST primary care physician I have ever had in my 74 yrs. She is kind, professional, and thorough. Never did I feel rushed. She dots the i's and crosses the t's. Lucky are we who have Dr. Chen Yang as our primary physician.
