Very rude
Vicki was so rude and disrespectful i did not finish the appointment. She blamed me in the after report of course. I would never recommend her to anyone after how she treated me.

I have been seeing Dr March for a few years and I schedule my appointments out so I can see her. Her staff is very responsive when I send a message through the my UPMC app. Dr March is a wonderful doctor.

My experience trying to see Dr. March was horrible. I was scheduled by the office 4 months in advance and waited patiently for my September appointment. A month before my appointment after 3 months of being unable to see a doctor, I was told that there was a scheduling conflict and I would be unable to be seen until January (an additional 5 months - so a total of 8 months). After some questions, the office admitted that they scheduled me in error and that's why they had to re-schedule me for January. I am shocked and disgusted by the policies at this office. They certainly have no regard for my time or well-being. Ultimately, doctors are responsible for those they hire to manage their practice. I would never recommend this office to anyone ever.
