Have recommended Dr. Kazelka several times to several people! He is the #1 doctor in mine & my kids care ever! So knowledgeable always gives all options and listens very well to what his patients are telling him!

I moved to Madison for 4 years and Dr Kazelka was my primary care physician before I moved and I was very happy I was able to see him again. He is the best doctor ever!!!
