Been a patient for 10 plus years
I've been a patient over 10 years. My experience has always been positive. Dr. Villalba walks me through steps & what to expect. Explains things in an easy to understand way & answers questions. I rarely have a long wait to be seen & staff are personable & do a very good job at communicating treatment plans.

I HAD A HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT THIS OFFICE! DR VILLALBA WOULD NOT SEE ME EVEN THOUGH I WAS IN PAIN BECAUSE I DID NOT HAVE MY CASH ON ME EVEN THOUGH I PUT A CREDIT CARD ON FILE, SHE WAS VERY JUDGMENTAL AND INCONSIDERATE OF A PT SHE DID NOT KNOW WHICH IS INSULTING! I WORK FOR DR'S AND WE WOULD NEVE REFUSE TO SEE A PT IN PAIN! ESPECIALLY AFTER THEY LEAVE A CREDIT CARD ON FILE, SIGNED AND ALLOWING THEM TO CHARGE IT IF I DIDN'T COME BACK W/CASH! I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

She was there every step of my high risk pregnancy. My ob retired and he was only able to leave if his patients were in good hands. She explained and listened to every concern, made recommendations if it was your 1st or last baby. She did not want you to leave with doubts. During c section she kept me calm and was walking me through the process. Her staff are reliable and get back to you before the day is over. Even if the office is closed they keep communicating with patients.

I have visited doctor on 19th And staff said the blood report should come within 2 days. Today is 28 th the report has not been declared to me and now I have called them and they said doctor is in leave do they can't reveal the result until next week. This is about my pregnancy and I must be concerned. What kind of process you are following to mislead patients

Only the issue i had was when i had any question and called them, the response took for ever . I do not want to rush to the emergency until it is an emergency so was hoping talking to doctor or nurse would help my quiry and concern and wait until my next appointment
