Terrible service at the reception Natalty, the manager arrived worse just as rude, I don't understand how they have this type of staff in charge, they treat the patients badly, I have seen how they ignore the elderly, and they waste one's time, the Honestly, every time I see the reviews it is impressive how the doctors do nothing, this staff should go to training courses or look for qualified people, I will never return nor recommend it to anyone!

Dr. Veronica is a GOOD doctor. I respect her expertise and quality of care. BUT as much as I respect her as a doctor, I can no longer recommend this practice, because: (1) They do NOT answer their phones. You end up in an endless voicemail loop to no one or goodbye. This is true for me, my insurance company, and my pharmacy. It near impossible to reach a human being at this practice. (2) When I wrote my first review, they had a good portal. But now, the staff either does NOT respond or responds in an untimely fashion to portal messages and requests. This is desperately frustrating and maddening! And I worry that one day, God forbid, we will have an urgent need and not be able to get the care we need, because of this. Dr. Veronica is a good and caring doctor, but what does it matter if we cannot connect with her or her nurse in our time of need?!I didn't want to write this review. I put off doing so for YEARS. But it is the truth.

I been a patient of Dr. Veronica and she is a great physician yes, some of the staff is not the greatest, its hard to find good help on any field, i can only assume is harder on the care field. I haven't had any mayor disappointments whit them as i did read some of the bad reviews, most of them related to data requests or transfers. Overall, I will recommend her any time.

NEVER ANSWER PHONE CALLS!!! SENDS PEOPLE TO COLLECTIONS WITH NO NOTICE! MANAGER FRONT DESK AND BILLING ARE ALL INCOMPETENT!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE!!! EVITA ESTE LUGAR!!!

Let me start out with, now I understand why this doctors office has 2 stars. When I went to the front office to get a form to update my parents forms, they said my parents had to be present to sign. I have NEVER heard of this before. My parents are 70+ and taking them to the doctors office during COVID is not ideal. But that’s not something the front desk seemed to understand. They refused to give me the form. I called and spoke with the office manager and explained that my parents are forgetful and forgot to add me to their HIPAA and I needed the form to take to them to complete. She gave me the same excuse the front desk did and then proceeded to tell me that I should be coming to each appt with my parents since they are elderly and forgetful. What!!She had no sympathy and I will for sure go to her next appointment to make sure Dr. Rodriguez is aware her staff and office manager treats patients and their family this way as doctors can sometimes be shielded from office behavior like

While the doctor's care is fair,the secretaries and the old technology needs to be replaced or upgraded. The secretary(s) are often in normal not professional chit chat and the window is closed too often making the patients frustrated and waiting long periods of time unessicarly. Also when calling to set up an appointment,there needs to be an automotive option that seals the the appointment date and time. This would be more time efficient.I rate only 2 stars fairly until service improves.Thanks

After waiting forever, you get a quick visit with them prcatically having one foot out the door. They sometimes take months to post lab results.

this doctor made me wait for two hours, failed to send my script to the pharmacy and when i called the doctor back was hung up on, then i reached their answering service after two calls. no return call from the on call doctor.After all this my only option was to seek care at a urgent care facility due to the incompetence of this office. I've filed a complaint with the GA medical board and advised my insurance company not to pay this dishonest doctor. See a vet or the ER before goingtotihsoffic

We love Dr. Veronica and her staff! This is an extremely busy practice! And although there may be hiccups here and there (again, very busy office), we know that Dr. Veronica really cares about us and our health. She has developed real relationships with both my mum and I. She listens. She refers when necessary and only to doctors she trusts. And when we have needed her, she and her staff has been there! This is no small feat for a practice of this size. We love Dr. Veronica!

Dr Veronica is an excellent Dr with very good beside manners , she is very knowledgeable doctor Every time I visit Dr Veronica I leave with the feeling that she truly has listened to my concerns and cares deeply about me as a person, not just a case file. I have, and will continue to refer my loved ones to this skilled, nice and professional women

Called and left a message at 2:30pm on a Thursday and no one ever returned my call. I also requested an appointment on their website and never got a response. I had to keep calling until I got a live person to finally get an appointment. I filled out the new patient paperwork on their website and arrived 15 minutes prior to my 2pm appointment. Upon arrival I was informed I had to fill out different updated forms. I wasn't seen until 3:20, an hour and a half after my appointment.
