I used to hate going to the doctor but Dr Ortiz is the best! She listens to me and shares recommendations and ideas for treating issues, always giving me ample information and research. She is caring, attentive, and easy to talk to and is great about seeing me as a suite of systems, rather than spot treating each individual problem.
