Best Advice I Ever Got; and Took
My primary care physician referred me to Dr. Rajaram in 2023. I had been experiencing localized pain deep in my leg muscles when I pressed on them and shortness of breath. Dr Rajaram clearly explained what he suspected of my heart and circulatory system. He had me scanned head to toe. From that he further, visually, inspected my heart and major vessels. With that complete picture he concluded that while my heart and arteries seemed in pretty good shape, I was, never-the-less, growing clots in my legs and lungs; precursors to heart attack and or stroke. Now, eighteen months in his care, the clots are gone. At 78 years old I am no exercise geek, but I am back to playing golf, I again enjoy getting out and about, and I can’t recall the last time I felt pain in my legs or was out of breath. Dr. Rajaram has my complete trust, respect, and my gratitude. Foot note: I've always found his staff to be kind and helpful; couldn't be better. I most whole heartedly recommend his care to you.

Friendly and caring
He is very good at keeping closely to your health and well being. He also remembered what last conversation he had with you regarding your family or job. He creates a personable experience when you visit his office.

Avoid taking anyone you love here.
I see multiple doctors and specialists, and this has been by far the worst experience I have ever had in a medical office. The staff is rude, and they over-schedule appointments, leaving the waiting room literally full of patients and their families standing to wait for their appointments for between one and two hours. The testing could not have been accurate, as none of the tabs stayed connected. The doctor fell asleep during the appointment at least three times, mumbling incoherently and ordering tests indiscriminately. I would never step foot in this office again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.

The doctor will listen and touch over everything to figure out what the problem is. He will not stop, very caring. His staff is prompt on making appointments and will do anything to show they care.

Don't waste your precious time and money
The lady who did my ultrasound and stress test was great, everyone else in this office is terrible. The Dr seemed to care some and spent some time with me, but after getting violently ill with the medication he prescribed and not having one follow up with the nurse or him, I knew he and his staff didn't care about the patients. I contacted the nurse several times, emailed, messaged, messaged in the portal, and never once did they check to see if I was all right or ask me to come back in to follow up. After the third dose I couldn't even keep down a swallow of water and thought I may have to go to the hospital from the migraine and vomiting. It took a week for my body to get back to normal. Wait times were definitely long, but I could overlook that to be in a place where they at least cared about you. They didn't hesitate to send the bills, but couldn't be bothered to at least call me one time after all of that. Don't wast your precious time and money here!

No Respect for Patient's Time
The first time that I visited his office, I waited over an hour past my appointment time to be seen. The second (and last) time, I was there TWO HOURS and never saw the doctor. I had another appointment so I had to leave. There is a sign in the waiting area that says that if the patient is more than 15 minutes late, their appointment will be rescheduled "out of respect for the doctor and other patients". What a crock!!!

Amazing Doctor, But Terrible Office Staff
He is a great doctor, but his office is a mess and terribly mismanaged. They don't send messages about appointment changes or cancellations on time. No accountability or patient care. Don't answer the phone, and hardly respond to a voicemail. Incompetent staff can really negatively affect a patient’s health and the reputation of the doctor. I wish more physicians realized this truth. Maybe he is not having enough staff for all of the daily activities.

It has always been amazing to me that a doctor will schedule to see you at an appointed time and then have you wait for an exorbitant amount of time. In this case I was referred to Dr Rakaram and certain he is an excellent doctor. However when I appeared at his office at my scheduled time there was about 10 people in the waiting room. When I asked a nice older guy about it he said "its always like this" I left and will find a doctor who respects my time as being as valuable as his.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Rajaram to anyone I knew or just a stranger. He is very thorough, very caring, very polite and really cares about you as a person. He is not afraid to run test after test to find out whats wrong and he listens to you. I wish all my doctors were like him. He is awesome and so is his staff. Carla his nurse gets right back to you and always returns your call the same day. I love my cardiologist and his staff.
