DOES NOT LISTEN! This was my 2nd attempt to find a dermatologist that would listen to me. I started off over conversation informing her that the 1st one I went to didn't listen. She wrote me a prescription for 300 dollar face wash and 300 dollar cream (not covered by my insurance) when I clearly told her topicals do not help. My issue was internal (hormonal) NOT superficial. I wanted to PREVENT the problem. Needless to say I have since found someone who listens and my issue is under control :)

I had an 8:00 am appointment, I was about 7 minutes late. I filled in my paper work was seen in the order I arrived, (it took about 4 minutes). Dr. Patout examined me. We had a consultation and discussed options. I had an in-office procedure, it was painless fast and professional. Dr. Patout explained everything to me beforehand. I have found a dermatologist I trust and have confidence in. thanks B. Johnson

Very difficult to get in touch with scheduling and slightly rude. Went in for white spots which she had to biopsy bc she didn't know what it was. Nice scar and extra cost now. Biopsy came back as undetermined! What??? She recommended some over the counter creams that didn't work. Few weeks later went to family doctor for a check up. He knew what it was right away and without cutting my skin off! Prescribed a ketaconazole cream and boom gone. Results, scar, extra costs and time wasted.

To start off I was warned not to go to her from friends. However I needed something fast. Now I see why she had openings. Extremely dissatisfied! Went in for a small rash, which she looked at for a second then went straight to a mole on my back. (Not even part of the appointment!) As she examined it she persisted that I let her remove it. So finally I said sure. BIG MISTAKE!! Large scar! And worst yet, was billed for additional services and testing of the dang thing. Which I knew was nothing!!!
