2 times I've been there. Both times two hour wait to go in to the ba k office. Poor lady I drove from cathedral city 45 minutes on way. Almost 4hours by the time I took her back to work. She took lunch and lost 3 hours. This dr needs a PA to help him .

Worst experience ever.
1/24/2024: I called to ensure the doctor would in fact be physically present for my visit. I was assured he would be. I waited for nearly an hour after my appointment time only to be told that the doctor had left - just like that. I had never been treated so unprofessionally. Do not go to him!

Total Knee Replacement under California's State Compensation Insurance Fund (SCIF/Workers' Compensation). State process and approvals were a joke -- if you are injured, you should just go to your own doctor and have him/her battle it out with SCIF. Dr. Anand's performance under the confines of the SCIF process was stellar. Very satisfied. TKR performed at El Centro Regional Medical Center, what appears to be a first rate facility.

low professional ethics. dr. is never available. horrible communication they don't answer the phone. they see pt after pt. without disinfecting room. I give them a 0

I get it, you're a doctor. But this guy is over the top: walks around like a king is his imaginary (crappy) kingdom. Unfortunately, his pompous attitude filters down to the rest of his staff, with a few exceptions. Old, outdated, dirty office. Felt like a number, was mildly insulted by the doctor's comments in his failed attempt to be funny. It was made very clear to me that my thoughts in caring for my body did not matter. Waited almost 2 hours to be seen. Doctor spent 2 minutes with me.

Staff is rude and stressed out!! They don't care who calls or what medical issue you have. Need to evaluate staff in Calexico and El Centro. Had to change Doctors. Sorry it's the truth.

I had a left knee arthroscopy performed by Dr. Anand, I am attending physical therapy and feel like new. Staff has been very informative and helpful.
