The most unprofessional doctors office I have ever been to. I showed up to my first appointment and the front staff lied to me and said the Dr. Kalra was at the hospital delivering a baby and had just left, which was not true as when she walked into the office a few minutes later they acted all chill and told her she had an appointment here (this is just one example of lies I have caught them in). That was the first bad part. Then I had my appointment and had my ultrasound, which happened a month ago and I still have not had my appointment to have the results read to me. It has been rescheduled multiple times. Yet somehow the office has managed to bill me, even though I haven’t even received treatment. Overall this place is a joke and you shouldn’t waste your time, you’d be better off googling home remedies because you won’t receive treatment here. I have seen doctors over the years that I might not prefer, but I have never felt so strongly that a doctor and their office should just be

Dr. Kalra is great! I've been seeing her for years and it's always a good experience. The staff in the office are also great and always helpful.

Dr. Veena Kalra has seen me for two pregnancies and I couldn't recommend her enough. She screened for prenatal conditions at the earliest window to test and had results ready for me at the next appointment. Pregnancy was a special, terrifying life event both times and I felt confident my unborn babies were in good hands with Dr. Kalra.

Dr. Kalra has been amazing! Very attentive and always on time. I have had no issues with getting in quickly and the office staff is wonderful!

During my annual physical in March 2021, Dr Kalra found a fibroid tumor and ordered an ultrasound to determine size. The ultrasound found it was 6cm and pressing on my bladder. I had been experiencing frequent trips to the bathroom at night. Dr Kalra discussed and recommended the Accessa procedure, which a small incision would be made and the edge of tumor burned which would cause it to shrink. I received the Accessa procedure outpatient in July 2021 and went through another ultrasound March 2022 which showed the fibroid tumor had shrunk 3 cm! I can't reccommend this procedure enough. My trips to the bathroom have lessened considerably!

Dr. Kalra was nice. She did ask the same questions over and over. And it was kind of nerve wrecking. Everything she needed to know was in the records. But maybe she just wanted to be sure. Most of the staff was pleasant. My overall experience was good.

Doctor was extremely impersonal, unprofessional and actually refused me care when she saw fit it was too soon for my wellness exam. All the while this doctor wouldn’t even come into the exam room but called me into her office after waiting an hour and half and wouldn’t allow me to explain any symptoms that brought me in that day. Would not recommend.

I had some concerns and Dr. Kalra was patient enough to make sure all of my questions were answered.

I have been a patient of Dr. Kalra for years and she is great! Very personable and makes you feel comfortable. Highly recommend!!

Went there for my first and only pregnancy. She wasn’t attentive. She was rude. She didn’t pay attention. Asked me the same questions over and over again. I notified her of some concerns I had about my pregnancy, she ignored me. I started spotting and she ignored me. I finally got an appointment to come in and she sent me to get blood test run. I asked her if my baby was ok, she didn’t answer. I ended up in the hospital and she wouldn’t allow nurses to give me meds to save my baby. She wouldn’t even allow them to give me an ultrasound so I could know anything. I was scared and worried. I was sent home from the hospital- her orders- and I miscarried on my bathroom floor later that night. Never again!

She omitted details of her credentials when scheduling a procedure for my family member.

Bedside manners are horrendous. She wasn’t filled in on me, the patient, and I had to repeat multiple questions because she wasn’t properly listening to me. Not to mention, no one understood or knew about my situation which caused traumatic questions to resurface and everything to become misconstrued. If you’re looking for a quality OB/GYN, I recommend you find somewhere else because this isn’t it. Other staff were friendly though.

My daughter came to you with for assistance after her first miscarriage. Apparently you didn't read the ER report because you told her it was a period when she had 3 different confirmations of a pregnancy. Then you were on the phone more than you were assisting my daughter. After waiting more than an hour, all she got was a distracted, rude doctor that has no business helping any patients, let alone pregnant ones.

Don’t know where to start to say all the wonderful things about Dr. Kalra. I went in as a very scared patient with unexplained post menopausal bleeding. When I first met her, she put me at ease. Her kindness and compassion was above and beyond. She was very thorough in each procedure she performed on me and I felt no pain. Very gentle and explained what she was doing as she went along. Always called with pathology results, I felt cared for and about. Dr. Kalra is exceptional.

I can not tell you how terrible dr Karla is. I will try my best. She's extremely rough with her patients not caring at all. She angels appt last minute. Every time you wait you might as well call into work because you will be waiting for at least 2 hours and that's even if they take you. I just waited for an hr last Friday and they came out to tell me that they had to reschedule. Came back today waited for two hrs for a cervical cancer screening never got it done. Wouldn't let her touch me.

Dr. Kalra is terrific. She accepted my wife on short notice as a new patient . She was very understanding of my wife's concerns. She was very thorough in the examination. We are fans!

I have always had problems with my cycle being regular, but am in horrible pain every time it comes to the point where I can not walk. She didn't care that I was in pain at all, just kept saying I was overweight and that's why my cycles are not regular. The wait time every single time is awful-- be prepared to wait 45 minutes at LEAST. The longest I have waited was 2.5 hours for an ultrasound-- by the time they got to me, the tech had left. They are also refusing to give me test results.

Totally unreliable. Two months later and still can't get records transferred to new doctor. Kept rescheduling my appointments every week. She never listened to my concerns. Treated me like on over age idiot who never had kids even though this is my third. Ordered tests that weren't necessary and now I am stuck with the bills. Won't return my phones calls. Very unprofessional way to run a practice. This has been a total headache nightmare from day one. First office visit in waiting room 3 hours.

This doctor does not care!!She has no follow through.Good luck on her even reading your lab results or pap results. Office staff is great but she only listens to see if babies heart rate is good.
