Lovely dr, was very friendly and positive. Gave me good recommendations for my pain. Said she stepped in to help me sooner since the urgent care dr was running late. Would recommend.

When I was at Sharp Coronado ER, Dr Anvari did not respect my privacy and she was seemingly very judgemental and rude!! Worst doctor I’ve ever seen!

I had the worst experience in my life today. I came in with right lower abdominal pain and she told me to go see my PCM. She did not even perform a physical examination on me. She failed to inspect, auscultate, palpate, or percuss my abdomen. She was completely arrogant, dismissive and, unprofessional. I wonder how she ever got licensed. She has no bedside manner and does not seem to care about her patients. It scares me to have such a complacent person working in the ER.

if you want privacy w/ Dr Anvari-forget it. She stands at the end of the patient's bed like a bully pulpit & talks so loud almost shouts that everyone in ER can hear your diagnosis or what your issues are. If you want a Dr to actually explain any findings, Dr anvari is not the ER doc for you. If you want a Dr. to even tell you the meds they prescribe dr. Anvari does not do that, or allow questions about the meds to her. anvari doesnt tolerate questions or knowledge from patients or advocates.

I've come accross this doctor 3 times in the er. Misdiagnosed all 3 times. She's always late. Took 2 hours to get iv. I don't think she should be in er. Doesn't seem qualified. I crunched when I saw her. I have UC and need fluids. She could have authorized an iv while I waited 2 hours to see her. I'm not new to the er and even on very busy nights an iv is always administered upon arrival. I wish I hadn't come tonight.
