Dr friendly and caring

While I have no issue with Dr. Pai himself, the staff here are extremely incompetent? Lazy? Uncaring? Maybe all these things. Received a letter from this office 10 days ago and have tried to contact the office since then to clarify a situation. Have left 4 or 5 messages and have yet to get a call back. So, I agree completely with other reviewer--try answering your phone, or calling patients back, or we'll be going somewhere else.

Not Good

First off let me explain that I teetered with ranking this at 2-stars. I'm giving 2 stars because I survived, It could have been a worse situation and the staff wasn't as bad as some may have encountered on their own personal experiences. Thank God the was no requirement for wearing masks any longer though. I had a colonoscopy and endoscopy last Thursday. To begin with and from a "customer service" standpoint I cannot figure out why he requires physically bringing all medications to EACH appointment that you have with him, regardless of the medications already being documented in your records and no changes whatsoever. But they WILL send you home if you happen to forget bringing the actual prescription bottles with you for each appointment. Also, he has no online check-in for any appointments. Very archaic for these days. I found the staff as being professional but seemingly overworked and testy because of that. My appointment for the procedure was for early afternoon for some

my first colonoscopy was no a good experience

My first visit to this office was excellent. Each and everyone who worked with me were kind, friendly and respectful. I had an endoscopy and colonoscopy 13 years ago at a local hospital. All went well. Dr. Pai was my gastroenterologist then and now, visiting his private practice exceeded my expectations. My thanks to all who work there.

Try answering your phone once in a while or calling your patients back.

I recently had a procedure at Dr. Pai's office. Everyone there was great. Kendra and Adrian were my nurses. They were very kind. I barely felt the IV start (thank you, Kendra). I was done, and ready to be picked up in an efficient amount of time. Dr. Pai is a very good doctor. I am an RN and have known him for many years. I highly recommend him. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Absolutely amazing service! Brought my grandmother here for treatment and the front desk manager was extremely helpful and caring! I would highly recommend!

Great Experience with Colonoscopy, Decided to have done with no anesthesia so I could see what is going on inside. Best decision. Dr. Pae was vocal in telling me things as he traveled through the colon.

The staff and doctor assistants are always nice and considerant of my needs and problem i,am having just all around pleasant atmosphere.

The staff was great and very attentive. I didn't see Dr Pai much but most of the interaction is with the staff anyhow so I was very happy with my overall experience.

Dr. Pai and his staff were absolutely amazing!! They got me in right away and had my colonoscopy scheduled within a week! I was so nervous as this was my first procedure I've ever had! The front desk girls were so nice! The nurses were amazing, the anesthesiologist was awesome and talked me through everything and Dr. Pai did a phenomenal job! I couldn't tell anything was done after the fact! I highly recommend them for anything you need!! I will definitely be using them for any future problems!

Put me at ease, professionalism outstanding by all staff!

First my grandmother saw Dr. Pai. He decided 1 Capsule endoscopy didn't work, lets do another...she couldn't get any food down at this point. We saw another Doctor! There were 3 Capsules stuck in her, and she had a serious infection! Yesterday my grandpa started bleeding from his rectum, and passed out! He got to the ER Sunday around 9:30 and it is now 4:30 p.m. Monday; he is in a room, has had several transfusions! Now Dr. Pai is running his 16th blood test to determine the plan of action!?

Excellent doctor, diagnosis and treats well.

This who process was a joke. From the office staff to the endoscopy to the follow up process. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing at any point in time! I don't recommend this place at all! The office staff never responds to messages, you get calls weeks later with test results stating 2 different things. Total nightmare. We will never go back or refer anyone to this guy!
