Great doctor
Dr. Vijay is awesome! He’s a great surgeon and really took the time to answer all my questions before surgery. He also went above and beyond to help me with my cardiac clearance, making everything way easier. Highly recommend him.

Great doctor
I highly recommend Dr. Vijay. He is clear and thorough. I did not feel rushed and left with a proper understanding of my diagnosis and treatment plan.

Awful and Rude practice
My 92 year old mom had kidney stones and was given a stent. After her procedure, he said the stent would be removed in 4-6 DAYS. They do not have appointments for 4-6 WEEKS!!! That’s a big deal! Office staff rude! I do NOT recommend this practice! Simply awful experience.

Short and sweet.... I will NEVER go back to this group again! I don't feel safe under their care and just for fun, their nurses are nasty. What a mistake!

Rude and unhelpful
I saw Dr. Vijay after being diagnosed with a bladder infection at Morristown Medical Center. After looking at my test results, he declared that I did not have a bladder infection and if he had seen me in the hospital, he would not have given me antibiotics. He “had no idea” what I had and was unwilling to listen to my symptoms. He told me there was nothing wrong with me, but that I should still take the prescribed medication. When I asked about a persistent problem emptying, he suggested I have a hysterectomy to remedy the problem. After I objected (I’m still of childbearing age), and said I didn’t want early menopause, he callously said I’d “be ok if the ovaries remained” but he “wasn’t a gynecologist.” He rushed me out of the office, but then stopped himself to perform a gratuitous exam that gave him absolutely no information about my health. Perhaps Dr. Vijay does better with his make patients, but he certainly failed in “bedside manner” with me. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone.
