First child and Dr. Pande has been awesome. She goes above and beyond. She's everything I wanted to find in a pediatrician for my son. Absolutely recommend!

Dr. Pande listens and explains everything really well during your visit. My son was diagnosed with ADHD and was struggling in school. Dr. Pande was very thorough in his evaluation and tried changing his diet before medication. We ended up needing a low dose and once we found one that worked best for my son, he started doing much better in school. Dr. Pande is an excellent pediatrician and I would highly recommend her.

Dr Pande actually listens to parents and takes the time to answer questions by providing facts and allowing the parents to make the decision best suited to their child and/or family values. She is genuinely concerned with the child's health and wellbeing. She encourages parents along the way, as well.
