My experience
Her staff is horrible, especially the blonde. She is rude all the time. The neglect for medical care is astounding. I will NEVER recommend her office.

Judgmental doctor and disorganized staff
The office staff are hopeless. First of all, no one calls you back if you leave a message. I had to have two different specialists call the office and they both complained to me that no one responded. If you want to actually talk to a human being, you have to act like you want to make an appointment. I had to tell both specialists this and they said that they were unimpressed. Also, the staff doesn't keep good records. I made an appointment to see the doctor and on the day of the appointment, they insisted that I didn't have one. Finally, Dr. Reddi herself is unprofessional. I was going through some serious mental issues and needed some time off of work and she told my therapist that I was just being lazy and wanted to get out of work. I have been a hard worker my whole life! This was not a case of me being lazy, and it was offensive for the doctor to suggest so.

Great Primary Physician! A great Person and doctor
She is all you would want in your primary physician. I have been with her for over 10 years. From the moment I stepped into her office, I felt welcomed and cared for. She is very approachable and her genuine concern for my well-being always put me at ease. She always takes time to listen attentively to my concerns and gives me the solution that I need. I always leave the office feeling confident in her guidance and recommendations. She is a great physician and most of all a good person.

Highly Recommend Dr Reddi
Dr Reddi has been my PCP for nearly 20 years now. In these 20 years, I have been through several health issues, minor and major, including breast cancer. Dr Reddi has always very promptly attended to me for diagnosis and follow ups. The staff is very efficient, they set up appointments with the specialists as needed. Dr Reddi is always attentive and listens to patients’ concerns. I highly recommend her!

Great Doctor, Clean Office, Good Staff
I recently needed a new primary care doctor and my friend recommended Dr. Reddi. I was very impressed with my first appointment. Her staff are friendly, the office is modern and clean, and I didn’t have to spend forever in the waiting room like my past doctor. Dr. Reddi was very knowledgeable and thorough, and I very quickly felt a sense of security under her care.

Dr. Reddi is excellent. She can tell if there is something wrong just by talking and observing. I have been going to her for about 10 years. Yes, she makes you see her before refilling prescriptions; I appreciate that. She is not a pill pusher; she makes sure you are OK before prescribing any new meds and making sure the old meds are still valid. I would, and have, recommended her to friends and acquaintances.

I changed Primary Care doctors a year ago and have been seeing Dr. Reddi and I canont say I'm impressed. She insists on an appointment before refilling any Rx, then rushes me out every time. The last time I went in, she asked me questions that had nothing to do with me then got offended when I asked her if she had the wrong file. Her office is in shambles--what is that about? Not very professional. If I bring up an issue, she always tells me to see another doctor about it.

Dr Reddi is very approachable and is always on top of things with early detection of serious issues. Each time she has referred me to an outstanding specialist with little wait time. Sometimes the issue is insurance when it comes to scheduling these appointments - that is out of her control! I have to agree that the office staff are a little underwhelming but it is not them that I come to see!

If I’m sick, I call them and the lovely ladies always fit me in the same day. There are no NPs/ PAs. I always see the doctor every visit. the office staff is great, caring and Dr Reddi is a super great family doctor!

I had my first appointment with Dr Reddi 1 month ago where she did a thorough physical exam and told me that I needed a mole on my back checked. When I tried to make an appointment with a dermatologist, soonest they could see me was in 3 months. So Dr Reddi actually removed the mole and it came back as Melanoma. Since it was picked up so early the doctors at Dana- farber said Dr Reddi saved my life, She is Excellent and I highly recommend her.

During an annual physical exam, Dr. Reddi said :the only people who don't get ovarian cancer is the ones who regularly do pap smear". I understand that annual physical is important, but this is taking it too far!! scheduled a 8:15 am appointment, thinking if its first appointment of the day there will be no waiting. Dr. Reddi did not even show up by for half an hour. Doctors think its okay to make your patients wait for no reason, which is disrespectful and unprofessional

for 8 years everything was fine. no problems except for slightly evevated cholesterol. only routine visits every. Last spring I developed sudden severe shortness of breath. I felt the response to this alarming symptom to be underwhelming. Dr Reddi wanted me to have a series of tests but instructed me to find specialists all of whom were booked out 6 months or more. At my insistence she booked them. Then THE RECEPTIONIST called to tell me they found something in my lung!!!! Went to Boston.
