Everything this woman did to me, had to be re-done! My neck catheter (for 3 days of post-op pain meds) was inserted incorrectly. It was bleeding all over me prior to surgery, so it had to be re-anchored & of course it did not deliver the meds to my arm, but instead to my chin.Just before surgery she put a mask on my face, told me to breathe, but I couldn't as she forgot to turn on the oxygen! The spinal block she gave me also failed as I awoke from surgery in agony. 3 strikes & you're out!

This woman should NOT be taking care of living people. Her bedside manner was horrendous. I was wheeled in with a bad experience and came out with a terrible experience. She came in my room not introducing herself. I had to ask who she was. At that point I said I suffer major anxiety, and explained my fears of becoming ill after surgery. She was cold, not friendly at all, just rude, I woke up so very sick to my stomach, with nothing for the anxiety. Still have chills seeing her face.
