Poor Care
Telehealth
Tried to give her a couple opportunities, but this is now my 3rd and final visit with Dr. Ong and every time I leave thinking how unprofessional my experience has been with her. First off, she was 5 minutes late to my Telehealth visit this time. As she has been in the past, she was very rushed and interrupted me multiple times while I am trying to answer her questions regarding history. I cannot figure out why she seems so rushed when we finish my appointment in under 5 minutes each visit. I have questions and medical events for her to address and I can never mention them as before I know it she is out the door. I had other things I wanted to address with her and I never got the opportunity. Seems reminiscent of patient mill type of care. Disappointing quality of care for how great the network of professionals is she works with. Maybe she needs to take some pointers on making more time for her patients during visits.
