Was 10 minutes late due to scheduling confusion. It was to be my first visit. All receptionist had to say was that I was late and had to discuss with supervisor about rescheduling. Very blunt and dismissive. They never called me back, I had to call only to be told that I was not the patient for the practice. This office has no knowledge of my history, medical, financial, or personal. That being said, I would not recommend them if you are paying for a service not a privilege

First time patient and my experience at reception was wonderful! They were thorough, patient and kind getting my paperwork and past medical records established. However when I went back and was seen by the PA, I was extremely disappointed. First off, she was very cold and borderline rude when explaining to me their practices' policies to me. Then she insisted to lower dosage to medication that I have taken for decades without ANY previous knowledge of me. I have been fortunate to have had wonderful doctors in my past, but I have heard about doctors that don't listen to their patients. It was such a nightmare finding a doctor taking new patients here that I don't want to abandon this practice yet, so fingers crossed this PA was just having a bad day.

Your employees will destroy your business. Hiring rude staff is inevitably a reflection of your practice. After one 10 minute visit and a dozen phones calls, I knew I should have listened when I was told not to go there. I trusted my pediatrician, it is obvious he had no idea what was really going on over there but make no mistake I will let him know exactly how we were treated!
