If you want a physician that will take time to listen to you, she is the one, however; the wait time in her office can be upwards of an hour and that is with an appointment. If you want a physician that gets back to you in a timely manner regarding test results and questions you may have, she is not the one. As of this writing, I called her office one month ago to get clarification on a medication, and I still have not received a return phone call.

I agree with other posters that her office staff leaves a lot to be desired. Always seem to have an attitude and not very responsive. The reason I continue to go to Dr Phillips is that she is wonderful. She listens and cares. I found that calling the hospital central scheduling is easier than trying to call her office direct for appointments. For other things, I feel the office seldom turns their answering services off so they don’t have to deal with the phone.

Dr. Phillips is an awesome physician, she is very smart, thorough and caring. My only complaint is the waiting time. Other than that, I am very happy with Dr. Phillips.

Dr. Phillips is a very good doctor. She has been my primary doctor for over fifteen years. However, I am so disappointed with the way the office is run. I have never experienced the level of unprofessionalism that this office (29th & Michigan location) exhibits. It is almost impossible to get anyone other than the answering service. I have been trying to talk to someone in the office for three days. For three days they have not answered the phone from the morning until after 2 or 3 o'clock.

Please do not waste your time dealing with this doctor and her lousy staff. Rude does not even begin to describe the staff. They say they are going to submit the right coding for the insurance, but nothing gets done. You ask for the doctor to contact you and you will just be waiting because she never does. IDK what kind of nurse this doctor has because she is lazy and doesn't want to do anything. All they do is sit around and look at people.

Not really concerned about patients staff is horrible and rude to patients. Tried getting prescription filled 2 weeks everyday the staff give you the run around and they do not give messages to doctor. I needed prior authorization everyday the staff claims it was submitted bt the insurance company doesn't have record of it. When I call to let them know they are upset and there response is nothing they can do about it. Left work early to visit office and sat for 2 hours to get straighten
