Dr. Klats has helped me so much with managing Chronic Migraine. She has always taken my symptoms seriously and was proactive in addressing my situation. She was also very supportive of my desire to conceive and worked with me to make sure that the treatment protocols we used were safe for conception and pregnancy. My life has gotten infinitely better since becoming a patient and getting my daily headaches under MUCH better control.

Before seeing Dr. Klats I had a high level of headache pain every single day. Through different therapies she has made life bearable and helped me improve performance at work and deal with this disability related to another disorder.

Avoid at all costs! When my mom called to report that she was having trouble speaking, Dr Klats didn't take it seriously and only reduced the dosage of one of her meds. That was a Friday. Over the weekend, the problem got worse and my mom left several messages, but it took us two attempts to call Dr Klats's office Monday morning before we finally heard back. Dr. Klats recommended an urgent CT scan, and she told us the radiology center would call us as soon as possible with the times they had available. Then, she completely disappeared. We never heard from the radiology center or her office, and after many attempts to get in touch with both, we called my mom's physician, who correctly identified the problem as an emergency told us to call 911. Turns out my mom had a massive bleed in her brain. Luckily we were able to get my mom much better doctors, but Dr Klats never even bothered to follow up with us. It is terrifying that such an incompetent person is allowed to practice neurology.
