Dr. Laing is very professional and is willing to answer any questions I have with great explanations. Her staff are very well trained and I was seen in a timely manner. They even offered a warm room for the cold temperatures - they were sensitive to the patient's needs.

I was given several shots to numb the area on my scalp, however when the cutting began, it was definitely not numb. A couple more shots were given but still felt quite a bit of pain from the cutting, throughout the procedure. On top of that, the area had to be cauterized several times to stop the bleeding. This felt like a welding torch to my skull. I'm not a doctor but I do know that the last time I had a similar procedure with another doctor, I didn't experience any pain or the lack of concern or at least some kind of decent bed side manor. On top of all this, prior to the procedure, I called their office and asked what the cost would be as far as out of pocket. I was told that all would be covered by insurance, I was shocked and asked if they were sure and they again said no out of pocket cost. Now that it's done, I have learned that I will have to pay over 1000.00 out of pocket!!!!! Unbelievable!

Dr. Laing is both professional and friendly. She listens, can answer most any question and is thorough in her exam. With an additional year of training, she is certified to perform mohs surgery, which puts her way ahead of most dermatologists. I highly recommend her.

Dr Lang performed minor surgery to remove a basal cell growth on my face about a year ago. The procedure was quick, successful, and left no noticeable scar. I've visited her office a handful of times, never had to wait long, and always felt like I was treated with respect and courtesy. Thank you to Dr Laing and her staff! Office staff was wonderful. I was seen on time. Nurse and Dr Laing both gave great service. Dr Laing reviewed my concerns, suggested solutions and proceeded with removing the suspect skin conditions. Healing went well. Will always use Dr Laing for dermotology needs.
