Extremely unprofessional
I have been a patient for about 4 years with no complaints. This annual visit however the front office staff was very rude when I asked a clarifying question regarding my billing and my visit. It was inaccurately billed or coded and I tried to get more information or have a conversation explanation for understanding, to which they told me to leave and not return as a patient. At no point was I rude or raise my voice. I simply asked if they could bill it correctly as they incorrectly misunderstood the visit- and they still billed or coded for something I refused and clearly stated was not the reason for the visit.

Lack of continuity
It is my feeling that this doctor prescribes by how she feels and not by any true medical practice. She wouldn’t prescribe me something because of my age and prescribe the same thing for my wife and she’s even older than me.

How long does it take
How long should it take to get medical records from a doctor? You would think the doctor would get to me as fast as she could since I was asked by her to find another doctor. 3 weeks nothing. How can I see another doctor without my records.

Horrible. Dr does not listen. Was like she couldn't wait to get me out. My "physical" consisted of listening to my heart and taking my blood pressure - that was it. didn't ask me questions, didn't want to hear about any concerns, didn't want to hear about my history (I was a new patient), didn't want to do blood work to monitor known conditions. My 2nd visit after a health scare she was no better. would never ever go back or recommend her

Never a long wait!
Dr. Elener takes time to listen to my concerns. She offers advice and pays attention to details. She is always sure to check and re-check my prescriptions. I love that the office is never crowded, and you are in and out in no time.

Horrible bedside manner. Very rude, & short at every appointment. Referred a friend to her a while back & because he was in recovery for drug addiction she kicked him out of her office & refused to have him as her patient. However her staff is so kind & always has apologized for her rude behavior. I rarely go to the doctors, so after years of the same behavior, I had enough.... I would never recommend her to anyone, not even an emeny.

She'll give you meds 1st listen later. She doesn't listen to your concerns, it's if she is comfortable with helping you. I asked for a referral and she told me to call my ins comp. to get it. It doesn't work that way w/HMO I need her to referr me. She gave my a cream for my face that caused rosacea, another derma Dr. Said it was not for your face. To fix her mistake it cost me $200. She works like she has been in trouble with the med board. She does the bare minimum to help. Save ur $$$ and ti

I've been going to Dr. Elener for many years. I love everything about her and the practice in general. The staff is professional and it doesn't take weeks to get an appointment. When you're sick, you can generally see her the same day. Dr. Elener is very personable and takes her time and listens. She's very caring and genuinely cares about her patients. She'll remind me of things I forgot about when I see her. I highly recommend her.

Have been a patent for a number of years. Dr Elener has improved my health overall, no magic, all results, which she has taught me - I must drive. She may not tell me what I want to hear, she tells me what I need to hear. She provides a good education to improve my overall health. She runs a tight ship, her staff is respectful, not too familiar but cordial, and I appreciate that.

I've been going to Dr. Elener for years. She is very nice and her staff is always very courteous and helpful. She listens to whatever your problem is, makes appropriate referrals when necessary, explains things clearly, and answers your questions. I never have to wait long to be seen. Someone recommended her to me a long time ago, and I've been going to her ever since.

Terrible bedside manner. Made me feel uncomfortable and even shamed to ask about health issues, to the point where I just couldn't face going in to see her to have scripts renewed for basic ailments like high blood pressure, which as you can imagine running out of that script can be dangerous.
