After 11 years of suffering, FINALLY, someone listened to me. Yes, I spent 11 years ripping my skin open due to chronic itching. My previous primary care dr sent me to a dermatologist every few years if I complained enough, and they all told me I had dry skin, to take tepid baths, and wear cream. When I told my primary care my entire body still itched, non-stop, she told me it was ALL IN MY MIND. I gave up hope for years thinking there was no help. When I moved and got a new primary care, I found Dr Bustos who FINALLY LISTENED. She believed how chronic and severe it was --and followed up by sending me to specialists, including allergy, immune and blood doctors. My cause of itching was discovered -- I had cancer all these years, symptom: non-stop, full-body, severe itching. Don't hesitate to go to Dr Bustos. She may just save your life. (If you have severe, full-body itching with no rash, it could be non-Hodgkins lymphoma, or other blood cancers. Get checked for these!)

The front desk staff is friendly and willing to help. Dr Bustos is wonderful. She takes the time to listen and I always feel confident in seeing her that I’ll get the best care. Her phlebotomist, Bri, is amazing. I have a hard time with needles and I don’t even feel the needle. I love this practice

If you are looking for a doctor that is up on the latest treatments, she is NOT the one. Very close minded and seems to be extremely cautious (seems more afraid of being sued than actually helping her patients). Office staff extremely unprofessional-receptionist not answering calls while another one putting a patient on hold while having a conversation with co worker about a personal issue. Another one more concerned about a dying cactus, than helping patients waiting for assistance.
