Dr. Valentina Rodriguez, MD

Dr.Rodriguez was my doctor for a surgery AND delivered my baby (so lucky to have her that day). She’s honestly the best doctor I’ve ever seen in my life and I am always grateful to have her on my care team. She’s easy to talk to and relaxed while being on top of everything. She’s in demand (surgeries, deliveries and she teaches) so sometimes her schedule can move around and you wait a bit in office. She’s was always worth it to me. She’s so responsive on the MyChart app which I appreciate.

I've been going to Dr. Rodriguez for a few years and she is absolutely the best doctor I have ever seen. She is kind, personable, patient, knowledgeable, and very detailed. I have never felt rushed seeing her and she has entertained even my silliest of questions! I wish I could find a doctor like her in every speciality.

For a first time mum, Dr. Valentina Rodriguez is amazing : understanding, caring, responsible and professional. The whole pregnancy to delivery journey was smooth and I can’t ask for a better experience.

So, we called to make an appointment. We spent 15 minutes responding to questions, insurance, doctors, phone numbers, etc. They put me on hold to verify insurance. Insurance is good. They ask for addresses and even more questions. They finally finish the interrogatory only to tell me that the first availability is next year! In 9 months!!! Why don't they tell us that directly instead of wasting our time?! And why are they marked as "accepting new patients" if that is not really the case? At least not for a year! More and more I see doctors treating patients as if they are doing us a favor instead of understanding that they make a living because of us. Shameful!

I saw Dr. Rodriguez yesterday.. this is the first time I have ever left a review for any Dr and this is a must because she was absolutely amazing. From the moment she entered the room until she left the room about an hour later she gave me her undivided attention and made me feel like I mattered. She listened empathetic to all my concerns, addressed every one and made me feel that for a layman I was right on in my own self diagnosis. Never did once did I feel like I didn't know what I was talking about. She was the second doctor I consulted about a number of gynecological issues including fibroids. While the first was sending me off to surgery immediately, she assured me that was likely way to haste a decision and that my uterus was actually boringly normal and that the fibroid that had been there for years was likely not a problem. She addressed my regular post menopausal issues with great advice and made me still feel like I could be relevant :) and even excitedly sexual!

I went to every OBGYN in Los Angeles, everyone told me nothing was wrong as I bleed out for 6 months, until I found Dr. Rodriguez, she was the only one that found the tumor in my uterus and removed it with a non-invasive surgery no one else would do. I’m switching my insurance just to have her, she’s an amazing person and amazing at her job she’s honestly my hero, if you are lucky enough to have an option of having her as your doctor, pick her, you won’t regret it!

Love Dr. Rodriguez! So easy to talk to, spends quality time with you during each visit, and makes you feel so comfortable.

I saw Dr. Rodriquez several years ago in order to remove an IUD. She was so gentle and I loved how she talked me through every part of the process. Being the nervous patient that I am, I managed to feel somewhat at ease by the way she listened and talked to me. After the removal, she asked if my partner and I would be using birth control and I said no. She recommended that I start taking pre-natals as back-up since I told her we would likely opt out of an abortion if my partner and I got pregnant (we're in our 30's). I felt that I was not judged for my choices and she gave us great advice!

She is great, very knowledgeable, gave me a lot of options for my really serious problem, We decided that hysterectomy, was the best option, she explained everything From before and after; respondes to massages very fast

Dr Rodriguez is great! She always answers my questions, and is even responsive on email.

Saw her during my first pregnancy for 3 visit then changed. She was warm but i felt my visits were rushed. My son had a low heart rate so she didn't want to discuss things incase I miscarried, which was practical but i could have really used some positivity and hope. I switched to 2 other OBs and realized she was probably the best out of them. Maybe i didn't really give her a good enough shot

Dr. Rodriguez is highly knowledgeable and compassionate, and she takes the time to clearly explain things and listen to her patients. She is a highly skilled surgeon, and I am so grateful that I found her.

Dr Rodriguez treated my fibroids. Not only, she is knowledgeable and professional, she’s also a lovely and kind person I would have for friend. We discussed all options for my treatment and she respected my choice not to remove the all uterus as previous doctors wanted to. Surgery was successful and she was amazing at following up! I highly recommand her for this specific matter!!
