He knew nothing about me. Asked exactly zero questions about my life/routines/exercise habits, was present for my stress test and condescendingly told me I need to make “significant changes”. I would give him one star, but I know he is going through personal struggles. Aside- I exercise 4x a week in my target heart rate range, eat a heart healthy diet, manage stress, and get plenty of sleep. He would know that if he took .5 seconds to actually talk to me. Highly would recommend AGAINST seeing him.
