Horrendous
Dr. Valco is absolutely terrible. He was my first primary with Kaiser when I switched in 2016 and it was the absolute worst experience. I had bariatric surgery in 2008 and was experience symptoms of low iron (shortness of breath, fatigue, diziness, etc.) After he ordered labs, he did Indeed confirm I was anemic but would not refer me to hematology. Instead, he asked where am I bleeding from? I am not a woman, so he doesn't understand why I was anemic. What type of archaic mindset is that? I obviously explained to you why I was anemic and he gave me a terrible answer. Doesn't not listen and is impatient. One of the worst doctors I've come across.

I am not the type of person who would usually right a negative review but Dr.Valco was so rude I feel I need to. I went in for something that I felt was necessary and he told me it was a cosmetic request and was unnecessary. The reason I was there was not cosmetic and he would not listen to me. Then at the end of the appointment he told me he was not my assigned primary and that I need to go see him next time. Waste of a $40 copay!
