Shouldn't be a Doctor
Hello, I brought my son with a 104 fever and vomiting to NCH Hospital located at 15420 Collier Blvd. Naples Florida. He was tested for Covid and the Flu. He tested positive for Covid and strep throat. Dr. Richey -Klein, MD, Val L peaked her head into the room we were in and asked in a nasty tone who has he been hanging out with? I replied just going to school and he plays baseball. She stated he should not have been brought to the hospital that he should of bee seen by his pediatric doctor or taken to a pediatric hospital. The biggest complaint is that the doctor never steeped foot into the room. Never examined my son! Her only concern was who he was hanging out with and I shouldn't have taken him to that hospital. I'm sorry but if my son has 104 fever, Covid and strep throat and her only concern is I brought him to the wrong place, MAY BE SHE Rickey-Klein, MD, Val L IS WORING AT THE WRONG PLACE.

Very professional and thorough. Need her to order an antibiotic for me per my visit with her the Urgent Care Center in Marco. Diagnosed with bronchitis and prescribed cough syrup, medrol and inhaler (Pro Air). She saw me n Feb 23. Called center and they will not order without me coming in for another visit. Pls contact and ask her to order at Walgreen corner Route 41 and Collier in Naples Fla. I can not take quinones. Thanks

Saw in Urgent Care - very patient, kind, good listener, decisive, professional. Explained everything very thoroughly. Suggested alternative treatments and followup. Could not have asked for better care.
