I had a wonderful experience with DR. PULUSANI'S OFFICE & STAFF, I was helped a lot and I actually thank the doctor saved my life and I hope she can be around for me for a long period of time

The Best Doctor we have found
Most doctors have not been compassionate and thorough but Pulusani has been truly amazing. Wouldn’t want anyone else for my husband .

Rheumatologists are few & far between for the Memphis area so you have to make some concessions on expectations surrounding short times spent with a physician during a visit and such. Her fees are much higher than most other MDs in the area which would be ok if you were getting great treatment. Unfortunately, since inception I have had a host of issues including cancelling my appointments with no notice, letting my current meds from my prior rheumatologist lapse because of waiting to renew medications, new meds prescribed and sent to the wrong specialty pharmacy, new meds ordered with incomplete information going to the right pharmacy causing even more substantial delays, incomplete medications ordered, numerous unreturned messages regarding medication issues and other items, and the list goes on. I like her personality but the lack of attention to detail and issues with her nurse and staff undercut her ability to render the level and quality of care provided.
