Dr. Uzma Muneer, DO

I had my new born and needed to be seen, scheduled an appointment and was seen an hour and a half later than my appointment time. During the waiting period I over heard the receptionist in another conversation discussing another patient appointment that was 30 minutes after my appointment time, suddenly they call that patient before mine for the same doctor, Dr. Muneer. I then make mention and ask why they would send in an appointment that was after mine; and they say that it’s in basically first come first serve even with an appointment! Avoid this office at all costs! They are terrible managing it! & if you’re late they will reschedule you when you arrive because the doctors will cancel you, no consideration for weather or anything at all! Terrible terrible! These folks at one point billed me $40, for their own mistake Which of course wouldn’t admit! I seen these doctors at this office a total of 3-4 times because I had no choice at the time, finally I was able to switch! Avoid!!!

Dr Muneer has seen all 3 of my girls (including twins) since they were born. She is very efficient and offers great communication and bedside manner. She is attentive and thorough, yet quick! She answers messages quickly and is proactive. My girls have seen most of the pediatricians in the Elmhurst medical group and Dr Muneer is my favorite. It's worth the drive to be in good hands with her! Highly recommend her!

She seems nice but she also seemed to be in a rush. I want a doctor who is not in a rush, makes one feel awkward.

Dr. Muneer has been both of my children's pediatrician since birth. My oldest (almost 2 years old) loves her and isn't scared to go to the doctor. She explains things well, takes her time during the appointment, and makes efforts to get to know her patients so they feel more comfortable coming in. We've also been able to message her through the online portal if the kids are ever sick and she responds fairly quickly. Amazing pediatrician!

Dr. Muneer is amazing. She listens and she CARES. That is very important to me. I selected her for my youngest 3 years ago and when I moved my older babies, I chose her for my oldest daughter. She is very good with both of them. She’s available and is invested in her kids (patients).

The front desk and doctors services were excellent!

My baby has fever from 2 days. We went to an urgent care( seen by NP) and found out that she had an ear infection. As parents we were veey worried abs also want to get an opinion from pediatrician as my baby has been spiking fever even after starting antibiotic. Both me and husband took off from work to see a physician. She came to room and asked what happened, she just looked at ears of baby and told to continue antibiotic for few days and left without doing any physical exam & and with out asking us if we have any concerns or questions. As a pediatrician we expect her to do a physical exam at minimum of an infant presents with fever. We requested her to do an exam for any rash or other abnormalities . We dont recommend her to take your little ones to her.
