This radiologist was talking to my significant other about a past myself and her had years before. This was during exam time and just before the MRI began. Moreover, she was rude when I went to into the room to break off the chat as we were late for shopping with the family.

Lack of privacy in waiting room increases anxiety. Collects co-payment in front of other patients and patients' charts are kept on a counter for all to see. Lack of explanation of what the MRI is all about. My doctor still doesn't have the report and the MRI was over a week ago.
