While talking to Dr in normal welcheck appt about upcoming India trip, Dr suggested to have Before trip checkup. In my this before India trip welcheck appt, I didn't take any vaccine or medicine, It was just what to do & what not to do like avoid water outside, food outside, drink hot or warm water etc. The one maleria medicine Dr prescribed which was never received by near walgreens and CVS pharmacy. Despite many calls to pharmacies & Dr office, Got to know that prescription never reached them. I left for India and came back. Now they are asking $100 out of pocket charge. My great Insurance doesn't cover it because this is not normal welcheck appt. This is considered special appt. I spoke to their Billing person Ankit Patel who showed lot of attitude and never want to understand that they can't waive this. Also he said its user's responsibility to know if Insurance covers such appt or not. I feel like its trap of this Dr to create such unnecessary appt & pull the money out of you.

Horrible experience with her staff! They are very rude and have no sense of how to talk to patients. They charged me extra to pay out of pocket for a well-visit and was given explanation that Dr spent more than 20 minutes for my child’s well-visit that’s why I am being charged extra! The staff’s attitude is so bad that they don’t care even if the dr. loses her patients!

What a disappointment that the doctor doesn’t have capable staff!! Called them early January to schedule an appointment as a first time mom I was expecting some excitement but the lady who answers the call absolutely had no professionalism. She said she call back after checking schedule. No call for days. I called back and same answer and yet again no call back from their office. Sad!

the best doctor ever

Dr. Patel was recommended by my OB doctor. I loved the way she treated my son. She makes herself available all the time. She is caring and compassion pediatrician. Great pediatrician.

I had been taking my kids to Dr Doshi since they were born and their staff was extremely nice. However, ever since the transition to Dr Patel, their customer service has been terrible. One of the employee has the guts to hang up phone on clients. Totally rude and obnoxious and pathetic. I will check give some credit to the doctor. For one item, I had to call them 5 times to get an answer and yet they expect why I am frustrated. Changing the doctor because of their careless staff. Screw them.

This was my second time visiting Dr. Patel and just like the last visit, it went great. She took the time to thoroughly listen to the problems and pain I was having. She explained to me in detail what my situation was and what needed to be done to take care of it. It's clear that she cares for her patients and wants what is best for them. It's easy to ask her questions because nothing ever felt rushed. I feel very comfortable going to her and would recommend Dr. Patel to my friends and family.
