Dr. Ute Wilcox, MD

I had never been to this clinic before so I called the number they had called me on to remind me of my appt. Same # in my call log. They told me the clinic is located next to Moore Furniture. Once there I was told by the receptionist I wasn't in their system & they didn't even have a Dr Wilcox there & suggested I try the hospital up the hill. I did & found it was the right place. By the time I checked in (very slow) I was 15 minutes late. An angry nurse was scolding another nurse then snapped at me "YOU ARE LATE" as she stripped the paper off the examining table. She nastily informed me I could either reschedule or have a very short appointment with Wilcox. This woman was clearly upsetting the other staff & the atmosphere was simply unbearable. I walked out never to return. If she is allowed to act like this I dread what Wilcox is like. Why does their phone # go to another clinic who doesn't even know Dr Wilcox? There was only one other person in the waiting room btw.

Dr Wilcox was one of the nicest and kindest doctors I have met in my 64 years of healthcare. She took extra precautions that addressed my fears. She is very relatable. I just found this link, which I will follow) I have been looking for her for a year and a half.
