I saw this doctor in early 2024 for my spasms. It was the worst possible experience of my entire life. He completed the Medical Accommodation form during my first visit and provided me with two weeks of accommodation. However, he insisted I schedule another appointment to get an extension. It seemed more like a strategy to collect fees rather than offer any real solution. In 2 weeks, how can they go away, which have been there for more than 7 yrs. Even after the steroid injections, nothing changed. The bills just kept piling up. On a couple of occasions, I was a few minutes late—once by 10 minutes and another time by 20 minutes—and despite calling ahead to inform the office, when I reached, they insisted I reschedule. My husband had to drive me there, and when I explained that I lived 30-35 minutes away, I even said I will wait, his staff refused to accommodate me, despite their stated 15-min grace period. I would not recommend him. He is incompetent and rude, his staff is horrendous.

Assessment, explanation, personality, etc..
I saw Dr. Ashraf for an injury resulting in a fall at work. I've been seeing a NP every week with the exact same assessment & no treatment. Finally the last visit I was given a steroid pack with hopes of calming the nerves & muscles to resolve numbness and zingers i was experiencing. The zingers did seem to improve but all other issues remained. Finally a referral to PM&R. In this 1st appt. he found & identified areas i didn't even know were areas of issue. with his hands on exam. He explained the difference of how my one leg preformed to the other & why. Put a treatment plan in place. What the next steps would be and why. Prior to going to him, I felt I was in a position to just accept what I was dealing with, as going to be the long term outcome as a result of the fall. However, after this appt, I feel there is hope & relief from the constant ache of my left leg at night after working all day & releasing the extremely tight muscles & popping of the hip.

One of the best
My husband has been seeing Dr. Ashraf for severe headaches for about a year now. Dr. Ashraf is, by far, the most caring and thorough doctor I have ever come across. He is a God-send. He goes out of his way to make sure your concerns are addressed properly every time. The staff is wonderfully caring and attentive at this office. I would recommend Dr. Ashraf again and again.
