Dr. Usha Varma, MD

The doctor is great but the unprofessional staff that is behind the desk is horrible. They charge 45 dollars for completing paperwork such as for FMLA, than charge 25 dollars for no show fees. They will hold your paperwork hostage untill you pay it. Stay away there are much better options close by.

This is a review of the entire doctor's office: I've been to this office several times in the last few years, and have NEVER seen the actual Doctor, only nurse practitioners... hard to get an appointment and front desk person has very bad attitude, never willing to help. refer to wrong doctor and waiting for more than 4 months and still did not get referral.

This is a review of the entire doctor's office: I've been to this office several times in the last few years, and have NEVER seen the actual Doctor, only nurse practitioners... the last time I went, they tried to add me as a new patient even though I had been to the office many times. You'd think that if you have a patient with possible signs of an autoimmune disease they'd take more care and look into who is visiting before sending them to a room. I understand you can't remember everyone, but that's what records are for. It makes me feel like they don't really care or know what they're doing. They also charge for phone calls no matter how short. Also, they say they'll send referrals... I've been waiting almost 6 weeks and haven't heard a thing. I haven't reached out just to see if they'll actually send them. I don't plan to return and I've started looking into other doctors. My suggestion is you do the same. I'm only giving two stars because one of the nurse practitioners is nice.

Sorry, of this review, but this Dr is down to less than 1 star in my opinion,she won’t even answer 1 call, does not return call when I just ask to have labs done to see why I have chest pain, does not offer email contact per her receptionist Don’t go to this Dr you are jeopardizing your health! I’m a healthcare worker too, I will at least talk to my pt over the phone even at my busiest

This doctor is very unprofessional and she takes advantage of elderly patients. Her office staff is also very ride to my mother (she is a senior citizen). This has been going on for a really long time. Please do not go here.

It's just a rip off! The doctor doesn't tell you anything about what to eat during your problems and dont examine you properly!!

Very poor communication between doctor and staff. Staff seems more knowledgeable than doctor. Doctor does not return phone calls and does not call when your lab work comes back abnormal. I waited a month after my blood draw and never heard from her. I had to go in person just to get her to read them. Basically she does not want to 'treat' patients, just get paid for seeing them. She also ignores urgent medical situations, i.e. seizures by refusing to return calls or make proper referrals.
