She is whom I trust for my health .

I was very disappointed by the apparent poor command of English and poor level of comprehension with emails and phone messages. Even the pharmacist had problems with the staff in terms of responsiveness and communication. I cancelled an appointment with more than 2 weeks notice plus phone confirmation and still the office has called me 4 times asking for me to make another appointment which is not going to happen. I have now decided to try another doctor.

Nice enough but the wait kills it. Always wait at least 30 mins

Most disgusting Doctor I have ever seen in USA

I have been going to Dr Panicker for over 10 years.Although she is pretty good-the office wait has always been 2-3 hours. The wait time over the last couple of years was a little better-around 45 minutes to one hour. There are new people at the front desk every 6 months. I have no clue why the wait is so long. I had a 10:30 am appt this morning and did not leave her office until 1:30 pm. Unbelievable!! My advice is to run as fast as you can. I am looking into another endocrinologist.

Extremely long wait time. Definitely not the kind of places you would want to go to. Finally when the doctor came, she was critical of the endocrinologist in NY we have been visiting so far. Treatment philosophies can be different, but professionalism should never be compromised. I would not go to that place ever. Staff was ok but we had better experiences elsewhere.

Unprofessional stuff. I called the office asked them I need authorization for my utrosound. the dr. And stuff was giving hard time by saying that get the authorization by yourself. I was in the office ask to talk to dr. That suddenly an old guy came from the back of office with mad face pointing his hand towards me wanted to hurt me and scream by saying enough we don't want to do and go from our office. I was very afraid and shocked. And I started crying the insurance lady was on phone with me h

The stuff is very ride and unprofessional. Waiting is about 2 hours easy . They never return your call. The doctor don't want to help her patients with any kind of paper work bz she thinks it is wast of time for her. I was in her office talking to the staff that a old genetalman came from the back of the office with very mad face and star yelling and shouting on me without any reason. I was scream and shocked that who is he and why he talks to me this way. No body talk to the patient this way.
