Extremely knowledgable, patient, kind. He has helped me for many years and I haven't a single complaint in all that time.

I've been going to Dr Napchan for several years, and he's always been understanding of my needs. He actually listens to what I have to say, and doesn't dismiss my concerns. I have since moved to Texas, yet I still make annual visits to see Dr Napchan. Whenever I have called him from Texas, he has always called me back in a timely manner, and always addresses my needs. I would highly recommend Dr Napchan for anyone who has any type of headaches. He has been a lifesaver for me, and I will continue seeing him.

I have been elsewhere and im happy with Dr. Napchan because he listens and tries to find solutions to my specific needs. Not by textbook like so many doctors do. I have recommended him to others.

I like Dr. Napchan. He always listens to my concerns. I was having so much hand pain in my hands. The meds he prescribed alleviated a lot of the pain.

Dr. Napchan is a lifesaver for my headaches and pains! He is always so kind and has excellent bedside manners. He is always willing to work with me to find the best possible solution for my headaches.

Dr Napchan has too many patients to take any time with anyone. Worse, there is awful communication within the office. 4 times they sent refills to the wrong pharmacy, messages never make it where they need to go, & they had me drive in (an hour each way) to drop off paperwork only to get there & have them tell me they do not accept paperwork w/o a scheduled visit. I'd never recommend due mostly to an inept office.

Nice enough Doctor from my visits with a client that I transport as a case manager. However, the office staff not the most professional or efficient. We scheduled an appointment only to get there and have them deny we had an appointment. Bad enough they wasted our time and gas, but front desk lady doesn't apologize, but gives us an attitude. Remember to get a print out of all scheduled appointments. As a social worker I don't have the time, gas or tolerance to deal with ignorance.

My husband was a patient of Napchans. He declined steadily and was in agony - last 7 weeks were unbelievable w/ pain and this doc could NOT care less-Dr.Napchan did nothing but Rx. Last time I spoke w/ the "doctor" he said to me: "I don't know how to treat your husband -I suggest you take him to the emergency room and handcuff him to the hospital bed and demand a patient advocate to help him". One week later to the day (with another doc) he had an exploded Disc removed - He almost paralyzed him

I have seen Dr. Napchan twice in the past 2 months & have found him to be both extremely professional & very thorough. He is quick & precise which I prefer & like at this point after being back & forth with many doctors over the years. I am finally feeling that I have a doctor that can help me to feel better with my headaches after many years of dealing with them. I am otherwise a very healthy & active 49 year old female.

Dr. Napchan literally saved my life. He was the first neurologist to find a chiari malformation, and helped me up to the point of surgery. He truly cares about his patients, which is something you do not see anymore.
