For the last two weeks my pharmacy and I have tried to contact the doctor to have a prescription refilled but they do not respond. Their phone lines either don't work or they don't answer the phone. When I do talk to someone they assure me it'll be done, but then days go by and nothing happens. I'm close to changing doctors.

Dr explains everything well, makes time to see you. Needs new staff. They give you the run around and don’t do what they’re supposed to do. Dr probably isn’t aware of their lax response. They get to work when you keep calling to speak to the Dr! Ok

Doctor specializes with the elderly and has helped a great deal with the care of my husband. She is easy to talk to and will listen and explain everything to him. She speaks to him even though he has memory problems and as a nurse myself his former M.D.'s used to talk to me and not really include him in the comversation. We really appreciate her and her staff. They are fantastic!
