For starters, he listens. I'm not patient # 01, I'm a person with a problem and I need his help to solve it. I don't run to the doctor's office casually, I have to reach a dead end with my efforts. By paying an extra fee, I can see him when needed - not next week.

Dr. Jani and staff are available for appointments if you need one. There is no line to wait on when you come to the office. The staff are both gentle and caring. Dr Jani answers his phone on the weekends and is helpful.

My last visit with Dr. Uday Jani, a top-50 Delaware doctor, was just as great as my first visit nine years ago when I joined his concierge practice. He has kept me in excellent health through his personal care and referring me to specialists who were superb in their specialties. Besides his outstanding medical expertise, he offers me outstanding nutritional and exercise recommendations tailored to my needs and closely monitors my status with appropriate diagnostic tests. He also regularly sends out outstanding general information by mail and on-line. Besides my twice-a-year regular visits, I have called his office several times each year with specific immediate concerns and have been seen within 24 hours of my call. His staff members are all outstanding. I hope he continues his concierge practice going for many more years so I can live to be at least 100 (approaching 80 now).

Dr. Jani has been our primary care physician since about 2010. He diagnoses illnesses quickly and correctly, works with us on long-term care issues, refers us to specialists on occasion and handled our care well during the pandemic. He is knowledgeable on existing and new drugs, watches our lab test results carefully and will switch us to new medications if they seem better suited to our conditions. He presents medical topics to our community from time to time and sends videos of good health practices to his clients. We rely on his care and enjoy his company on our visits to his practice.
