I have been seeing Dr. Longe for 4 months now and I am very pleased. For the 1st time I have a doctor who is listening to me and reccomending actions and meds that work! My blood pressure is regulating, my glucose labs have gone down and I feel overall sooo much better! Its all about the Drs. Orders and I am glad this time they worked! She never rushes me out and her staff have all been patient and friendly to me.

Dr Longe listened to my complaints and most importantly for me, h explained what was going on and her treatment plan.She spent a fair amount of time with me and I didn’t feel rushed.

Dr. Longe is kind, patient, and attentive! She's a lovely general practitioner, and I recommend her to my friends all the time.

Dr Longe is an awesome Doctor. She was very professional in listening and thorough in sharing the next steps including the basis for the exams she was ordering. This approach made the review of the test results seamless. She attends to follow up enquiries with respect and kindness. My first visit was during the peak of the pandemic she and her team were very welcoming and reassuring.

Dr Ucheoma Longe was very accommodating, friendly, and patient with my parents, who needed an appointment asap; after evaluating their vitals, she recommended specific vaccines and other suggested follow-ups

We saw Dr. Longe for the 1st time during a sick for my son. After reading the reviews, I was concerned. Our experience was excellent and we were both very satisfied with the care she provided. Dr. Longe listened to my son and to me. She examined him and explained what she found. She offered a detailed treatment and follow up plan and answered all of our questions. Throughout the visit, her demeanor was warm and friendly, and she seemed skilled and knowledgable.

Dr. Longe and her nurses lack bedside manner. She was rushed, and brushed over all of our concerns. Extremely unprofessional

Dr. Longe's bedside manner was uninviting, rushed, and interpersonally lacking. She seemed frustrated with my medical conditions. I will not be returning to her, or to this clinic again.

Well, I am not surprised at all that the other patients feel the same way I did about my Longe as I did on my Telemedicine appointment on 10/11/2022 at 7:00 AM, which by the way she was late for and had the nerve to rush through. I find it so disgusting that the patient had to second guess the doctor's on how to read your labs. If anyone sees extreme Highs and Lows on your CBC labs by all means look it up for yourself. Anyone going through Harris Health System must ask questions and even more questions, because it appears their reputation to employ doctors who cares nothing about the oath they took to "Do No Harm" as a joke when people's health care concerns are serious business. I will be placing an official complaint as soon as they open... I couldn't sleep thinking about her attitude especially as a black doctor seeing other black patients.

I thought I was the only one who noticed irritability in Dr. Longe. I will not be returning.

I’ve visited this doctor several times now and each time is more aggravating and disappointing than the first. Her bedside manners are very poor to say the least. Would not recommend or refer her services at all.

Like the others who have commented, she seemed to be irritated that I had questions to ask about my treatment. The student was indeed more likable. She did come across as condescending.

Irritated by my questions, answering them bluntly and with a patronizing tone. Appeared rushed for time and spent less than 10 minutes in the room. The "student doctor" that came to see me first had better bedside manners than what I've ever seen from this doctor. Will not be seeing this doctor again, and would recommend avoiding scheduling an appointment with her.

She seems kinda rude and not caring about the patients. She's irritated when i asked her questions.
