I had knee surgery in August 2017. My progress was slow. My doctor kept pushing for KNEE REPLACEMENT surgery. My search for a second opinion led me to Dr. Nwaneri. Within a week, I was in his office. After review of my MRI and Xray, he told me that a KNEE REPLACEMENT was not needed. He gave my knee a shot. I am still going around without too much pain. He saved me from undue surgery and gave me relief. He is highly recommended.

The doctor is great but his staff is very rude and discourteous. Especially his nurse/receptionist. Her demeanor is very distasteful. If it wasn't for my son accident and the surgery Dr Nwaneri had done I would take my son somewhere else. They give everyone the same appointment time. Than you in there for hours waiting to see the doctor. I'll be glad when this experience is over.

Unfortunately we didn't have a choice in seeing the physician due to my son being in a car accident. The follow ups from the hospital have been terrible. The office was non-responsive when the home physical therapist tried to contact. Also, a prescription refill for ibuprofen has been ignored as well. The waiting room is consistently packed and appointment times mean nothing. This practice is poorly managed and as a healthcare worker this is unsatisfactory.

Fortunately Dr. Nwaneri is a wonderful doctor with a great bedside manner, unfortunately, his nurse/receptionist is a rude, condescending and unprofessional person. Before she says how can I help you, she asks for payment method. Today she actually told me I was irresponsible and chastised me for her inaccuracy before hanging up the phone on me!?!? Really? however, again, the doctor himself was great.
