I went to Dr Vovos for a total hip replacement in January this year, my hip was really bad and is feeling so much better. I can't thank him enough for the excellent care him and his team provided me. He listens to your concerns and addresses them immediately, and makes sure you have all the answers you need. He is a true asset to the medical profession. I would recommend him to anybody needing an orthopedic surgery. Thank you so much for the great care and surgery you preformed on me.

2023 both total knee arthroplasty was performed at the ProMedica Wildwood Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital in Toledo, OH. Dr. Vovos and the team at the hospital were outstanding. From my first meeting with Dr. Vovos to my most recent check up, four moths ago all went well. Dr. Vovos was always available, nighttime and weekends to see me thorough. The second surgery six months later went flawlessly. Dr. Vovos still checked on me in the days following the surgery. I would recommend Dr. Vovos and the tam at ProMedica Wildwood Orthopaedic and Spine Hospital.

I've been going to see Dr. Vovos for two years now. He's very easy to talk to. It feels as though he's been a friend of mine for years. Very down to earth. He did a TKA on my left knee over a year ago. I couldn't be happier with the results. Prior to surgery I was extremely anxious since I had never had a major surgery like this before. I had no idea what to expect, or how bad the pain would be. The thought of being cut open scared me to death. He walked me through everything, and he was remarkably patient with my anxiety and crazy questions. I know I'll eventually need my right knee replaced but I'm trying to hold off as long as possible due to my age and the pain that comes with healing. I'm a big baby when it comes to pain. ...And honestly, I will miss my friend when I no longer need steroid injections. I have never said that about any other doctor before. Ever! Bottom line: I've always felt safe in his care and would trust him to work on any of my loved ones.

Dr Vovos has changed my life. I was struggling to walk, hadnt been able to tie my own shoes or put on my socks without help. He replaced both my hips ver a 3 month period and my life is back to normal for the first time in over a decade. He walked me through every step of the procedure and made sure I was well educated on what to expect. Hopefully I won’t neeed to have knees done in the future but if I did, Dr Vovos is where I would go.

I recently had a knee replacement. I am happy to say that he genuinely cares about his patients. He has always been available to me to answer any questions I have. He even checked in on me while he was on vacation with his family. I have never felt like a bother to him. He encouraged me through the recovery and always let me be a part of any decision making. I can not recommend him high enough.

I had hip replacement surgery and received kind and compassionate care. Everyone in his office cares about you. I would go back again if I needed to.

Had a hip replacement in November. Dr. Vovos and his staff were well informed, professional and helpful. He always made himself available when I had questions and responded quickly. I am much improved after this procedure and would definitely not hesitate to use him again should the need arise.
