Terrible service
I called on Sunday when I tested positive for Covid asking on all doctor to prescribe Covid medication. She said she could not do that. I called at 8:20am Monday asking for prescription. Was told since it was time sensitive they’d get right on it. Didn’t get it until two days later. And I was told I had “inappropriately called the after hours number” on Sunday! When I needed help the most, no help was given. Only criticism

I'm a customer not a patient
Quick to cancel my appointment if I'm 7 minutes late, but happy to let me sit for 30 minutes while the doctor is late.Refused to treat a specific thing, due to being unfamiliar, then refused to refer me to a GP that was familiar 'I'm not going to refer you to a competitor...'Referrals go to the wrong place more often than the correct place, and that's after you wait a month, remind them, and wait another month. They don't contact you about referrals, they put a note in your MyChart that you need to call the place and that's they're expecting you. I've lost a solid year of troubleshooting my health due to waiting for these people too do what they said they would.
